Dede Bedu-Addo holds an MSc in International Development (Poverty, Inequality and Development) from the University of Birmingham, UK. She also holds a combined B.A. Hons. Degree (1992) in French and Kiswahili from the University of Ghana, Legon. Dede has had professional training in Gender and Women’s Rights, Business Administration/Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Rural Poverty Alleviation, Organisational Development (Doctorate level course), M&E, Public-Private-Partnership Arrangements, HIV/AIDS, Gender and Energy, Gender and Natural Resources, among other development issues. Dede works as a Consultant on Gender, M&E and other development issues.
Since 2010, she has been the volunteer Coordinator of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF). Dede has worked on different gender and other development projects. She has facilitated training and organised different kinds of fora for a wide range of participants at all levels, from community to international levels.
