Jaoko Oburu Odinga currently serves as the Special Advisor to the President of Kenya on Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Livelihoods, providing strategic guidance on inclusive economic growth, job creation, and sustainable development.
He previously served as the Director of Roads, Public Works, Energy and Transport in Siaya County, where he led infrastructure development and supported initiatives to improve energy access and service delivery. He also served as an Investments and Resource Mobilization Adviser, helping to attract investments and strengthen partnerships for development.
With experience spanning public service, infrastructure, investment promotion, and economic development, Jaoko is committed to advancing sustainable livelihoods and inclusive socio-economic transformation in Kenya.
