Brody is a proven sustainability professional with over 25 years of experience working in the field of food and agricultural systems. Liam most recently served as president of the ground-breaking Certified B Corporation, Sustainable Harvest. During his 5 years the specialty coffee importer he doubled the size of the company and deepened its impact, leading strategy, operations, sourcing, sales, finance, marketing, technology, and talent.
Before his tenure at Sustainable Harvest, Liam spent nearly a decade as a senior executive with impact investing pioneer Root Capital, helping unlock $1 billion in finance for small and growing agricultural businesses around the globe. Prior, he was Director of Sustainable Coffee for Green Mountain Coffee (now Keurig Dr Pepper) and was a program manager, campaign director, and private sector adviser for the humanitarian organization Oxfam—where he became an early leader in the fair trade movement.
Liam is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Cornell and a Master of Education in Social Policy from Harvard. He is an alumnus and former national vice president of the FFA (Future Farmers of America), and a proud father.
