Eugene Miheso Swinnerstone is a Senior M&E Consultant and ICT enthusiast. As Director of Programmes at Trend Systems E.A. LTD and a Part-time Lecturer at Ernest Cook University, he applies his expertise in qualitative analysis, M&E, and Information Systems to impactful projects and mentors future professionals.
Eugene's career includes roles at Itad and Makerere University. Academically, he's pursuing a PhD in Management at Mbarara University of Science & Technology, holds an Executive MBA, and has an MSc in Information Systems thesis pending from Makerere University.
A strong proponent of indigenous knowledge systems, Eugene integrates these perspectives into his evaluations for culturally relevant outcomes. His diverse skills span database management, facilitation, research, and teaching. He's also dedicated to empowering emerging evaluators through mentorship, continually advancing research, consultancy, evaluation, and education globally by combining technology with respect for local insights.
