As the Programme Management Officer at ICED, Annesofie Misiani plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the Advancing Local Leadership Innovation Network (ALL-IN Research Network), along with leading in capacity strengthening activities and trainings for local researchers in the global south . Annesofie also supports program coordination and communication strategies development of projects under Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture program, in the Eastern African region.

She holds a M.A. in International Law, Diplomacy and Global Change from Coventry University, in the U.K. Her extensive work in the agricultural development sector is inspired by the transforming power of development initiatives, particularly those focused on food security and  agricultural development, women, and youth. She also brings her outstanding dedication and commitment for organizing conferences to the Communications Subcommittee for the annual Evidence to Action Conference.

When Annesofie isn’t working, she can occasionally be found outdoors, travelling , with family and friends. As a creative who channels her passion for aesthetics into every area of her career, blending work with creativity and flair, she also enjoys art and fashion.
