As a Research Associate with ICED, Desmond Kaledzi conducts literature reviews and supports the Research and Innovation Unit in developing and implementing data collection protocols. He also handles data analyses and assists in project management tasks, such as coordinating research activities, managing timelines, and ensuring the project stays on track.
He holds an MBA in Finance from University of Ghana. Prior to working at ICED, he worked as a development consultant and project officer on donor-funded projects. He is inspired by the idea of making the world a better place, and his involvement in the non-profit sector aligns with ICED’s work in making development impacts to transform lives and livelihoods.
