Rules & Regulations

General Guidelines
  • Booths must remain staffed during official exhibition hours.
  • Exhibitors must operate strictly within their allocated space.
  • No subletting or sharing of booth space without prior approval.
Safety & Compliance
  • All materials must comply with venue safety regulations.
  • No hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials are permitted.
  • Electrical equipment must meet approved safety standards.
Noise & Conduct
  • Audio‑visual equipment must be used at reasonable volume levels.
  • Activities must not disrupt neighboring exhibitors or conference sessions.
