My earlier career began at the centre of government in Ghana, working in the country’s oil and gas sector, where I developed a strong interest in development work that improves lives and livelihoods. I hold an MSc in Project Management (Oil and Gas). With 12 years of professional experience, including over 7 years in policy development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and government relations, I have developed a keen research interest in AI governance and evidence-informed policymaking. At ICED, I contribute to research and evidence synthesis through systematic reviews, evidence and gap maps (EGMs), network analysis and policy briefs, supporting informed policy decisions and stronger development outcomes.
