Delphine Nyaboke

AI & Machine Learning Specialist

Delphine Nyaboke is a  Kenyan tech enthusiast with an interest in the machine learning and artificial intelligence in line with the fourth industrial revolution.  As the AI & Machine Learning Specialist, she aims to see that Gen AI, LLMs, ML/AI are used and woven into the organisation structure, and especially it’s goal of generation, synthesising and uptake of evidence for better policy.

Sheholds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Master of Science in Engineering Artificial Intelligence from Carnegie Mellon University.

Her research interests have been in the use of AI in education, healthcare and energy, and how the intersections thereof comes to play.

She is active in the tech ecosystem around her having held positions such as Google Developer Organiser, Women Techmakers Ambassador, etc. She is currently the Community Leader for AnitaB Organisation in East Africa, and MongoDB User Group Leader for Nairobi.
