Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti is a Development Planner with expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation for the past 19 years. His specialties are in the field of needs assessment; proposals development; capacity building; surveys, impact assessment, organizational learning and report writing. He has worked on project funded by International Development Agencies such as the African Development Bank (AfDB), the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) in the areas of education, water and sanitation, health, climate change and sustainable livelihood. He was the Monitoring and Evaluation Expert of the Integrated Rural Development Project (IRDP) form January 2013 to June 2019. He is currently a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate of ICED.

Dr. Obeng Nti holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Planning) degree. He has a MSc. degree in Development Policy and Planning with specialization in social sector policy and planning and BA (Hons) in Sociology with Social Work. He also has a Diploma in Project Management. Dr. Obeng Nti is well grounded in contemporary monitoring and evaluation techniques such as results-based monitoring and evaluation, participatory monitoring and evaluation, outcome mapping, contribution analysis, outcome harvesting, and community score card.
