Daniel is a Development Specialist with expertise in Information Systems, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance and Grant Management with experience spanning over 20 years, covering specialities such as strategy and systems development, proposal development; capacity building; surveys, impact assessment, measurement and organizational learning.
Daniel has experience working with multilateral and bilateral funding institutions such as The World Bank, DFID, DANIDA, GIZ, The African Union, The Global Fund, PEPFAR, The West African Health Organisation and various national Governments in West Africa. Areas of work under these funding arrangements include human rights, social protection, health and epidemic control, consumer and market surveys as well as agriculture and migration. Currently, Daniel is a Research Fellow/Associate at ICED.
Daniel is currently a Doctoral Candidate [PhD – Development Studies]. He has an MBA in Finance, an MSc. degree in Computer Science and BSc (Hons) in Accounting. He is certified in agile technologies (CSM) and has undergone several certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Systems development as well as change and performance management.
