Dr Josephine Ganu

Josephine Ganu is currently an Associate professor in Management at the African Union Adventist University in Nairobi, Kenya.  She is a member of the Africa Academy of Management, and member, International Society for Development & Sustainability 2014.

She holds a PhD in commerce Strategic Management from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.  Dr. Ganu has an MBA (Management) from the Adventist University of the Philippines. From Andrews University, Michigan she got her BA in Religion/Business.

She has also been awarded and recognized as an outstanding Head of Department for 2009/10 Academic Year, Recognition of valuable contribution to BBA Accounting Option , Recognition of valuable contribution to Business Administration Dept. for Session Best Paper Award: Linking Employees’ Employment Experience and Employer Brand Offer: An Assessment of the Banking Sector in Ghana. Paper presented at International Conference on Arts, Economics and Management (ICAEM’ 14), 22-23 March, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Amongst many others.
